LIFE Solar JVs

LIFE previously had part ownership in 15 Joint Venture projects in the Counties of Wellington (4), Huron (2), Bruce (7), and Dufferin (2). These projects, in which LIFE owned between 15 and 50%, were developed and financed in co-operation with farmers and business people on their rooftops. They were all fully installed and producing electricity by the end of 2015. Under the terms of our initial financing LIFE divested of most of these JVs in 2020-21, with ownership passing to the respective landowners.
